Background
A brand-new Alexa powered by LLM opens a range of new, exciting possibilities. The Aspiration Assistance project sets a vision for an elevated digital assistant experience beyond task completion towards more meaningful, collaborative partnership with customers. We envisioned Alexa understanding long-term customer intent and leveraging that insight to help them achieve their most important aspirations and life goals.
Goals
Pitch Aspiration Assistance as a new capability for premium LLM-powered Alexa, with the goal of influencing the 2025 product roadmap.
Conduct deep research on human motivations, goal achievement psychology, and self-actualization.
Outline areas where Alexa has differentiated product potential within the context of a prioritized feature and pattern proposal.
Design a customer journey narrative with accompanying aspirational visuals to drive home the customer benefit story.
